Mission Statement

Imagine Physical Therapy offers comprehensive rehabilitation treatment services that are tailored to each individual's unique needs with the goal of getting you back to work, playing sports, or simply resuming the normal activities of daily living.

Our physical therapists are experts in relieving the pains and problems you may be having with your body. We will work closely with your physician to assure the best possible treatment. Treatments typically consist of manual therapy, massage techniques, a sensible and specific exercise program, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to facilitate the healing process. Your treatment plan will be customized to meet your abilities, needs and goals.

Our three clinics are located in Park West in Mount Pleasant, on Daniel Island, and in West Ashley. All locations are within East Shore Athletic Clubs and we therefore have a wide range of equipment to use in aiding you to meet your goals.
